The finishes we use are waterborne for a look that is non-yellowing and won't change the color of your floor over time. They also create a finish that is not slippery and gives the wood a natural look. When refinishing we use a dust-free system, keeping your house clean and dust-free and giving your, and our, lungs a break.
Hardwood Floor Installation
Hardwood floors work anywhere in the home. Hardwood floors can last for a long time if are treated with proper care. The hardwood floors can be installed on concrete slabs or plywood subfloors. We offer a variety of wood species such as: White Oak, Brazilian Cherry, Brazilian Maple, Heart pine and many others.
Hardwood Floor Refinishing
Traditional hardwood floors sanding is typically and extremely dusty process. Today with the Atomic DCS (Dust Containment Systems), sanding the hardwood floors is a cleaner, safer and healthier process. Air born dust is captured and contained, removing it from the sanding area.
Hardwood Floor Repairs and Replacement
Grigore's Hardwood Flooring is also known for its skills in floor repairs. We go to great lengths to repair a floor, we identify the correct species and grade of the existing hardwood floor.
Laminate floors
Installed laminate floors typically "float" over the sub-floor on top of a foam/film underlayment, which provides a moisture barrier and sound-reducing properties. We have much experience in installing laminate floors and we guarantee you will be happy with our work.
